While all sales are final, we do offer exchanges for any items that arrive damaged only if you provide us a valid opening video of the package.

To keep your silver and gemstone pieces shining: Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store in a cool, dry place.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

We use services like India Post or professional couriers.

All orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
